Studio Seventi is an architectural practice founded in 2005 by architect Godson Egbo. Godson read architecture at Portsmouth and Nantes universities, qualifying as a chartered architect in 1998. He has worked in a number of architectural positions, including a spell at James Cubitt in Lagos, Nigeria. On returning to London, he worked for a number of commercial and housing practices. Keen to strike out alone, he founded his own office in 2005. Since that time we have designed and built scores of projects, ranging in size from small residential extensions to luxury refurbishments to blocks of flats.

We are proud to have helped scores of clients to realise their architectural ambitions. We have a broad cross-section of clients, including homeowners seeking to improve and extend their living accommodation. A significant chunk of our work comes from professional property developers and recently we have carried out work for religious and charitable organisations. We pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our service to our clients’ requirements.

We offer our clients guidance right through the design and construction process.

That could be simply seeking planning consent or going all the way to complete construction. We offer as little or as much service that a client may require. For example, many of our clients simply require us to get them through the planning process. Whereas others may want us to take a project all the way from the initial briefing through planning and construction, and to the selection and installation of furniture and fittings and interior design. It is all centred on the client’s requirements.
